Overview: PostPro Services is seeking a reliable and efficient Mail Carrier to join our team. As a Mail Carrier, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to various locations within a designated route. You will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their mail in a timely and accurate manner. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery according to assigned route
• Load and unload mail and packages from delivery vehicle
• Deliver mail and packages to designated locations within assigned route
• Collect outgoing mail and packages from collection boxes and post offices
• Obtain signatures for registered, certified, and insured mail
• Ensure all mail and packages are delivered accurately and on time
• Notify supervisor of any discrepancies or issues with mail and packages
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Provide excellent customer service to all recipients of mail and packages
• Follow all safety procedures while driving and delivering mail and packages
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and well maintained

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a mail delivery or courier role is preferred
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle a high volume of mail and packages
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic scanning equipment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from work
