Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program needs and develop strategies to meet objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify program opportunities and potential challenges.
• Develop program proposals, including budgeting, timelines, and key performance indicators.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of programs to ensure they are meeting established goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for program improvement.
• Communicate program updates, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program development processes.
• Support the development of program-related materials, such as training manuals and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program development or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of program evaluation techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
