About the Role: As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles. You will work with a team of experienced technicians to diagnose and fix mechanical issues, as well as perform routine maintenance and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports on the condition of vehicles
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
• Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and attend training sessions as required
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive repair is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and their components
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
