MindWell Community is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Verification Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Data Verification Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to verify data accuracy and completeness
• Identify, document, and report any data quality issues to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business processes
• Create and maintain test cases and test data to validate data mapping and transformation rules
• Utilize SQL queries to verify data integrity and troubleshoot any issues
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of data and applications
• Participate in user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and usability of data processes and systems
• Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improving data quality and processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to data testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data testing or quality assurance
• Proficient in SQL and data querying
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation processes
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
