Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties by acquiring new listings and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate lease and sale agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for our clients.
Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate the closing process.
Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and regulations in the commercial real estate industry.
Attend networking events and build relationships with industry professionals to expand our client base.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
Proven track record of success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Active real estate license in the state of Mexico City, Mexico.
