Job Title: Infrastructure Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the technical solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for defining the overall infrastructure architecture, ensuring its alignment with the business objectives and providing technical guidance and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop the overall infrastructure architecture, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on industry best practices and the organization's needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, standards, and procedures.
• Lead the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Conduct regular reviews of the infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other architects and teams to ensure the overall technical architecture is cohesive and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance and capacity assessments to ensure the infrastructure meets the organization's needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, including designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• In-depth understanding of networking, storage, and server technologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
