Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. As a Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of various programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and a strong background in program development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative solutions and driving impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for new programs, including assessing feasibility, defining objectives, and establishing project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify opportunities, and design programs that align with organizational goals
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform program development strategies
• Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure programs are delivered within budget constraints
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community organizations
• Develop program materials and resources such as training manuals, toolkits, and marketing materials to support program implementation
• Monitor program performance, track metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Lead program evaluations and make recommendations for program enhancements to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform program development strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs from conception to evaluation
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or in the social impact sector is preferred
