Job Title: Wireless Network Administrator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Wireless Network Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's wireless network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any network-related issues and ensuring the stability and security of our wireless network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless network administration and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company's wireless network infrastructure.
• Configure and install wireless network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure maximum efficiency and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any network-related issues, such as connectivity, performance, and security problems.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement network security measures and protocols.
• Conduct regular network audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our wireless network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve any network-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network administration.
• Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols, including Wi-Fi, LTE, and Bluetooth.
• Experience with wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with network security protocols, such as WPA2, 802.1X, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA Wireless or CWNA, are highly preferred.
