Position: Infrastructure Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and budget updates
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths and skill sets
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Oversee project quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards
• Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
