Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of current policies, regulations, and legislation related to our organization's mission and goals.
Identify and monitor emerging policy trends and issues that may affect our organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and information for policy analysis.
Utilize various research methods and tools to analyze data and present findings and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry experts, and community leaders.
Prepare and present policy briefs, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in policy discussions and provide expert insights and recommendations.
Monitor policy implementation and evaluate its impact on our organization and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on relevant policy developments and changes in laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policy strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in policy analysis, preferably in a government agency, think tank, or non-profit organization.
Strong understanding of policy development and implementation processes.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
