Job Title: Professor of Education

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Professor of Education to join our prestigious university. As a Professor of Education, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the minds of future educators while conducting groundbreaking research in the field of education. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in education, including curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods

• Mentor and advise graduate students, and supervise their research projects and theses
• Conduct and publish original research in education, with a focus on current issues and trends in the field
• Secure external funding for research projects and collaborate with other faculty members on interdisciplinary research initiatives
• Participate in departmental and university committees, as well as professional organizations and conferences
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, and participate in recruitment and retention efforts
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships, and contribute to the development of educational programs and policies

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• A strong record of teaching, research, and publications in the field of education
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods
• Demonstrated ability to secure external funding for research projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
