Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential offshoring opportunities by analyzing current business processes and identifying areas that can be offshored.
Conduct thorough research on potential offshore locations, including cost analysis, cultural fit, and business environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive offshoring strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the transition of work to offshore teams, including setting up processes, training, and communication protocols.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners and vendors.
Monitor and track the performance of offshore teams, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in offshoring regulations to ensure compliance and optimize the offshoring process.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with offshoring activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve the offshoring process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshoring, preferably in a multinational company.
Strong understanding of offshoring processes and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in conducting research and analysis to identify potential offshoring opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
High level of cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Willingness to travel internationally.
