Job Title: Food Services Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Services Specialist to join our team. As a Food Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the food service operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day food service operations, including ordering, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee the training and development of food service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards, following all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement menus and special food promotions to meet customer demand and increase sales.
• Ensure that all food service equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of food and beverage products.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of food and beverage stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze food service trends and make recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food service management software.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
