Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising plans to meet the organization's financial goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Maintain regular communication with donors to keep them engaged and informed about the organization's activities and impact.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and charity walks.
• Coordinate donation campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop fundraising materials and promote fundraising initiatives.
• Manage a team of fundraising staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful fundraising efforts.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to expand the organization's donor base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting fundraising goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in organizing and executing successful fundraising events.
