Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of education programs.
Build relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and increase participation.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of program staff and volunteers.
Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and manage program budgets, including identifying potential funding sources.
Create and maintain program materials, including curriculum, handouts, and training materials.
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events related to education programs.
Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to expand our reach and impact.
Provide regular reports to senior management on program progress, including metrics and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education and apply them to our programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing education programs.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in budget management and fundraising.
Knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
