Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and conducting research to support capital market transactions. You will work closely with the investment team to identify potential opportunities and help in the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for capital market transactions
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and news events to stay updated on the current market conditions
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to support capital market transactions
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies
• Participate in due diligence processes and provide insights and recommendations to the investment team
• Build financial models and perform valuation analysis to support investment decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and industry experts
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact capital market transactions
• Support the investment team in negotiating and finalizing deals with potential partners or clients
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends and investment opportunities
• Continuously monitor and track the performance of investments to identify any potential risks or opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation techniques
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial databases is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA is a plus
