Job Title: Education Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, from curriculum development and teacher training to student enrollment and program evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program management and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective curriculum for various programs.
• Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.
• Train and support teachers and staff on program content, delivery, and assessment methods.
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and other educational events.
• Facilitate student enrollment and registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork and requirements are met.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs and materials.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and student progress.
• Foster and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, and other organizations to promote our educational programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for educational programs.
• Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations related to education and ensure compliance within our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms.
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
