Job Title: Sustainability Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our company implement sustainable practices and achieve our sustainability goals. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies that promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce our company's environmental impact and improve social responsibility
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability
• Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to implement sustainable practices
• Monitor and track sustainability metrics and prepare reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that sustainable practices are being followed throughout the supply chain
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts and partnerships
• Coordinate and organize sustainability events and initiatives, such as community clean-up projects and employee education programs
• Act as a liaison between our company and local government agencies to ensure compliance with applicable environmental and social regulations
• Develop and implement employee training programs to promote sustainability awareness and encourage sustainable behaviors
• Assist in the development and management of sustainability budgets and ensure that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with company goals
• Communicate sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices, regulations, and trends
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society
