Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity.As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to operations, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that raw materials and resources are available for production.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage and control production budgets and expenditures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to improve production processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in production management, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
