Cause Commanders is seeking a highly organized and experienced Grants Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Grants Manager, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our organization's programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the entire grants process, from identifying potential funding sources to submitting high-quality proposals and managing grant awards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and identification of potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential funders to understand their priorities and funding requirements
• Collaborate with program staff to develop grant proposals that align with the organization's mission and objectives
• Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals, including budgets, narratives, and supporting documents, within designated timelines
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals
• Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and deadlines, and manage all grant reporting and record-keeping
• Monitor and track grant revenue and expenses to ensure financial goals are met
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in grant management and adapt strategies accordingly
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for grant-funded projects
• Manage relationships with grant partners and provide ongoing support for successful project implementation
• Develop and maintain internal grant management policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to program staff on grant management and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, business, or communications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing or grant management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Strong understanding of government and foundation grant processes and requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas
• Proven track record of successfully securing grants from various funding sources
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and grant management software
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for grant-funded projects
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders
