Job Title: Stock Clerk

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Clerk to join our team. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming products, verifying quantities and quality
• Sort, label, and stock products on shelves, racks, or bins
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized at all times
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using inventory management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
