Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time
• Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demands
• Monitor and track warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues or delays in receiving goods
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to improve operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Forklift certification is a plus
