Job Title: AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Sidon, Lebanon

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and testing machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and determine the best approach for implementing AI and machine learning solutions.
• Analyze and preprocess large, complex datasets to prepare them for machine learning models.
• Evaluate and improve existing machine learning models for better performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and propose their integration into existing systems.
• Develop tools and frameworks for automating the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to machine learning models and recommend solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and big data technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Publications or patents in the field of AI and machine learning.
