Salary: USD: $120,000 - $200,000+ per year

Mount Fuji Tech Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our educational programs and materials. You will work closely with our team of educators and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective curricula that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and outcomes for our educational programs
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other instructional resources
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development to ensure our programs are up-to-date and relevant
• Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to improve their overall quality and effectiveness
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from educators and students to make necessary adjustments to the curriculum
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing strategies for our educational programs
• Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into our curriculum development process
• Train and support educators on how to effectively implement the curriculum and utilize instructional resources
• Work with other departments, such as program management and quality assurance, to ensure that our educational programs meet all necessary standards and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories, principles, and methodologies
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating high-quality learning experiences for students
• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting curriculum for different learning styles
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements and be open to feedback and suggestions from others
