Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of products received
Sort and stock products on shelves, racks, and other designated areas
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or shortages
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems accordingly
Prepare and process orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any potential issues
Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse and storage areas
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store products as needed
Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in inventory management or related field is a plus
2+ years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient computer skills and experience using inventory management software
Knowledge of safe and proper handling of products and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
Forklift certification is preferred, but not required
