• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on medical education-related topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical associations, and educational institutions.
• Attend conferences and events to stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical education.
• Manage budgets and timelines for training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, education, instructional design).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical education or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and digital training platforms is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
