We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Farm Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful farm management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance of crops
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize farm productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Manage a team of farm workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and materials
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute the sale of farm products
• Maintain accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other farm-related data
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the farm
• Continuously evaluate and improve farming practices to maximize crop quality and yield
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in farming technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in farm management
• Strong knowledge of crop planning, production, and maintenance techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and farm management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Knowledge of organic farming practices is a plus
