Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum for various subjects and grade levels, incorporating best practices in instruction and assessment
Collaborate with instructional design team to ensure curriculum aligns with organization's goals and objectives
Conduct thorough research on current educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve and update curriculum as needed
Train and support teachers in implementing curriculum effectively in the classroom
Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and experts to enhance curriculum offerings
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum through data analysis and teacher feedback
Collaborate with other Curriculum Specialists to ensure consistency and alignment across all subjects and grade levels
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to curriculum development and education
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in curriculum development and instruction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong knowledge of educational theories, practices, and standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in using technology and educational software
Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
