Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, developing and implementing environmental management plans, and providing guidance to clients on environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental site assessments to identify potential risks and hazards
• Develop and implement environmental management plans to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Provide guidance and support to clients on environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis on current and emerging environmental issues and regulations
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate environmental considerations into business decisions and operations
• Monitor and track environmental performance metrics and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs on environmental compliance and sustainability for employees and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Lead and participate in environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental data management software
• Experience conducting environmental site assessments and developing management plans
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed
