Title: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, including development, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our programs are aligned with our mission and meet the needs of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop curriculum
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of program instructors
• Manage program budget and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Develop partnerships with other organizations and community resources to enhance program offerings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs
• Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to key stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain program compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Act as a liaison between program staff, students, and parents to address any concerns or issues
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all program participants
• Lead and motivate program staff to ensure a high level of performance and engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in education, with a strong background in program management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices
• Experience with program evaluation and data analysis
