As a Litigation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving various legal disputes for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the litigation process, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties to gather and organize evidence and information related to legal disputes
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact ongoing litigation cases
• Collaborate with outside counsel and provide support on complex legal matters
• Assist with the development and implementation of litigation strategies and risk management policies
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of ongoing litigation cases
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a Litigation Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Some certification
