Position: Education Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Director to join our team. As the Education Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's educational programs and initiatives. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, managing a team of educators, and ensuring the overall success and growth of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing quality education to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for all educational programs, including K-12, adult education, and professional development courses
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all educators and staff members involved in educational programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of educational programs with organizational goals and objectives
• Manage the budget for educational programs, making strategic decisions to maximize resources and ensure financial sustainability
• Lead the development of new educational initiatives and partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our programs
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in education, incorporating them into our programs as appropriate
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and community leaders
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our educational programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and leading educational programs to achieve desired outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in budget management and financial planning
• Knowledge of education industry trends and best practices
• Passion for providing quality education and making a positive impact in the community
