Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Instructor to join our team. As a STEM Instructor, you will be responsible for educating and inspiring students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and interactive lessons in STEM subjects for students of all ages and levels.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and comfortable to ask questions and participate in class discussions.
• Use real-world examples and practical applications to make STEM concepts relatable and interesting for students.
• Collaborate with other STEM Instructors and staff members to design and improve curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students who may require extra help or have specific learning needs.
• Assess students' progress through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in the field of STEM and incorporate them into lessons to keep students engaged.
• Foster a love for STEM subjects and inspire students to pursue further education and careers in these fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant STEM field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring STEM subjects to students of various ages and levels.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of STEM concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds to pursue STEM education and careers.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching methods and cater to the needs of individual students.
• Familiarity with technology and its use in teaching and learning.
• Valid teaching certification is a plus.
