As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests while they visit our casino. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the casino
Build and maintain relationships with high-value players
Identify and anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service
Promote casino events and promotions to guests
Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have
Assist with the coordination of special events and promotions
Work closely with casino management to resolve any guest issues or concerns
Monitor guest play and provide complimentary services to eligible players
Maintain accurate and detailed records of guest interactions and preferences
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to provide the best possible service to guests

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays
