Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and translate them into production-ready designs
Create detailed production files, including layout, sizing, color specifications, and typography
Ensure that all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and standards
Conduct thorough quality checks on all production files to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work closely with the production team to select materials and vendors for printing and manufacturing
Manage production timelines and communicate project status updates to the design and production teams
Troubleshoot any production-related issues and provide creative solutions
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and production techniques to improve processes and deliver high-quality work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that all production materials meet their needs and objectives
Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation for all projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production design or a similar role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and project management skills
Portfolio showcasing a variety of production design projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
