About Food Fusion: Food Fusion is a leading hospitality company that prides itself on providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Escort guests to their designated table and ensure they are comfortable
• Offer menus and assist with any questions or recommendations
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor the dining room and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
• Take and record guest's information and special requests
• Assist with answering phone calls and managing inquiries
• Handle guest's payments and maintain a cash float
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu is a plus
