Position: Security and Investigations Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Investigations Manager to join our team. As a Security and Investigations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security and investigations within our organization. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security personnel, conducting investigations, and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization from potential threats and risks
• Manage and oversee all security personnel, including security guards and surveillance teams
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements
• Implement security training programs for employees to ensure they are aware of security procedures and protocols
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and other security organizations

Qualifications:
