Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, addressing any performance issues and recognizing achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong technical background in engineering, with experience in product design, development, and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
