Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing drinks for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, along with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and restock as needed
• Create unique and creative drink specials
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Build relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction
• Train and mentor new bartenders as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid alcohol serving certification
• Must have a neat and professional appearance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
