Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design effective training programs
Conduct needs assessments to determine the appropriate training methods and delivery formats
Develop instructional materials, including presentations, job aids, videos, and interactive e-learning modules
Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Design assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure all training materials meet accessibility and usability standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and data analysis
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
Proven experience in designing and developing training materials using various authoring tools
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
Experience in conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to inform training design
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning standards
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
