Position Title: Wireless Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Wireless Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networks for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand our clients' needs and provide them with customized wireless solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement wireless network solutions for our clients
• Analyze clients' requirements and develop wireless network architectures that meet their needs
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of wireless access points
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless network equipment including access points, controllers, and switches
• Develop detailed technical documentation for wireless network solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the pre-sales process
• Keep up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Ensure the security and integrity of wireless networks through proper authentication and encryption methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Wireless Solutions Architect or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of wireless networking protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth, and Zigbee
• Familiarity with network security protocols and authentication methods
• Experience with wireless network design and implementation
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve network issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications such as CWNP, CCNP Wireless, or CWNE are highly preferred
