Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop course content and materials that align with those objectives
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the design and development of curriculum
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Create and maintain curriculum development timelines and ensure that all projects are completed within established deadlines
• Continuously review and evaluate existing curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary updates and revisions
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure student learning and provide feedback for improvement
• Work closely with other departments, such as technology and instructional design, to incorporate multimedia and interactive elements into the curriculum
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and education
• Provide support and training to instructors on curriculum implementation and delivery
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market courses to potential students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational institution
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in project management and meeting deadlines
• Experience with learning management systems and instructional technology
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
