Key Responsibilities:

Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist with finding their seats
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers
Serve food and beverages to passengers during the flight
Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all safety and emergency equipment is in working order and properly stowed
Monitor the cabin during the flight for any potential safety hazards
Administer first aid to passengers in case of medical emergencies
Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as children traveling alone, elderly passengers, or passengers with disabilities
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft cabin at all times
Prepare the cabin for landing and assist passengers with disembarking

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country of employment
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
