Edu Foundations is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our educational programs in order to achieve our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that educational programs are in line with company goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify education gaps and needs within the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, universities, and educational institutions, to ensure successful execution of programs
• Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers
• Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure program success
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Act as a liaison between program participants and the organization, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education program management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing educational programs
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
• Knowledge of current education policies and regulations
• Experience working with diverse populations and managing a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
