Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate is preferred.
Active Real Estate License in the state of CA.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of local and national real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
