Position: Surveillance Operator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization. You will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying potential threats, and taking appropriate action to prevent any security breaches. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple surveillance cameras and identify any suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Respond quickly and appropriately to any security breaches or emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of all surveillance footage and incidents
• Collaborate with security team members to develop and implement effective security protocols
• Conduct regular checks of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology and procedures
• Act as a liaison between security team and law enforcement agencies, if necessary
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
• Identify potential security risks and make suggestions for mitigation
• Assist with training new surveillance operators as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or surveillance role
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
