Position Overview: Innovate Change Program is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Program Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments to identify program needs, develop strategies, and monitor the progress of programs to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify program needs and develop strategies to meet them.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, best practices, and potential program partners.
• Develop program goals, objectives, and timelines in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Design program structures, including activities, resources, and budgets.
• Create program proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential program partners and negotiate agreements.
• Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor program progress, track data and metrics, and report on results to stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates and results to relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote programs and increase participation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in program development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development or a similar role.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for program development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
