Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs and services that align with our mission and vision.
Collaborate with educators to ensure that program objectives are met and educational materials are engaging and effective.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback from students, parents, and educators.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our organization and its programs.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of educational staff.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in education and incorporate them into our programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program development and management.
Strong understanding of educational theories and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Experience working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Knowledge of current educational technology and its applications in the classroom.
