Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids, using the latest tools and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy of training materials.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and determine the most effective instructional strategies.
Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions for continuous improvement.
Ensure all training materials are visually appealing, interactive, and comply with accessibility standards.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design to enhance the learning experience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality training programs within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing training programs.
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
