Position: IT Project Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of IT projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within the designated timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed and completed on time
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Communicate project milestones, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and track project progress and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure projects are delivered within the designated budget and timeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and delivering IT projects within a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
